Presentation Guidelines

These are some of the presentation guidelines taken by the Conference Committee due to the Virtual Platform usage.

  • Authors may prepare the presentations in suitable software of their choice.

  • Authors are requested to include the IPRECON 2020 logo in their slide in the bottom right-hand corner of each slide with a size of approx. 2″X 0.5″. There is no other specific format for the layout.

  • Due to the restrictions of the virtual platform, to avoid technical interferences, the authors are supposed to record their presentation videos beforehand which would be played in the session. Therefore the authors are required to submit a video with maximum 12 minutes duration as the 3 minutes are rendered for the live discussion. (Total 15 mins). The presenters should face the camera while recording.

  • The authors are requested to upload the video along with the presentation in their drive and send the link to and submit the before 15th October.

  • The details of authors who are presenting their paper (presenters) should be submitted through this provided link. (It is not mandatory that all authors should present the paper).

  • Google form link:

  • We expect that the registrants would be the presenters, if not kindly inform us beforehand. The author/authors registering in the forms would have to be present during the discussion sessions to achieve the Presentation Certificate.

  • Note: Only the presenters will receive the Presentation Certificate
